Jim Bushemi, Sales Account Executive

Jim brings a rich history of top-notch customer service experience and knowledge of the industry to the Innovative team. After earning his BS Degree in Real Estate Administration from Indiana University in Bloomington, Jim spent five years working as a bank appraiser before switching to a sales career in the insurance and investment industry. 

In 2006, Jim combined those two careers and began working in the customer experience side of the property tax consulting arena. 

An avid IU basketball fan, Jim plays hockey and softball and enjoys time on his boat. He is proud of his Italian heritage and frequently cooks many of his century-old family recipes for his family.
