Kim joins the Innovative team bringing over 20 years of experience in customer relations, with a focused concentration in the multi-family real estate industry. Her ability to bridge the gap between the corporate and client relationship is top-tier.

Having worked on both the leasing side and portfolio management side of various multi-family properties, Kim's ability to understand the needs of clients and maintain a high level of competent communication is second to none. Kim is a valuable addition to the team in our commitment to ensure our clients pay only their fair share in property taxes and feel their needs are met.

When not assisting our clients, Kim occupies her time watching her daughter do competitive cheerleading and building Lego’s together. She also enjoys reading and being outdoors.
