Todd Uzelac, CEO

Todd was appointed the Chief Executive Officer of Innovative Property Tax Solutions in January 2013. He previously served as the Vice President of a Property Tax Consulting firm located in Northwest Indiana, transforming the organization into a multi-million-dollar a year company and possesses over 20 years of leadership experience, as well as property tax experience. Prior to that, he served as a Combat Medic in the United States Army.  As a Combat Medic, Todd provided medical support for a platoon of soldiers while serving in Mogadishu, Somalia.

Todd earned his Juris Doctor from Valparaiso University School of Law where he graduated Cum Laude. He also has a Masters of Business Administration (MBA) and a Bachelor of Science in Accounting (BSA) from VU and is a registered Civil and Domestic Relations Mediator. 

Todd is a proud member of the Indiana State Bar Association, the United States District Court in the Northern District of Indiana, the Indiana Trial Lawyers Association, and the American Bar Association. He also sits on the board of directors for Educational Helpers, Inc., a 501c3 not-for-profit organization located in Valparaiso, IN. Todd has two children, Isabel and Aiden, which he enjoys spending his time with.
